These Terms of Service apply to MDU Fashion.
MDU Fashion is a web automation service that allows authorized users to connect their TikTok account and publish fashion product videos to TikTok using TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API.
By using MDU Fashion, the user authorizes the app to access basic TikTok profile information and publish selected video content to the user’s TikTok account.
All publishing actions must be initiated and confirmed by the authorized user. MDU Fashion does not post content to TikTok without the user’s authorization and confirmation.
The user is responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos, captions, and hashtags comply with TikTok policies and applicable laws.
